Hopefully, I can use this as a springboard for a renewed focus on the event - may have been drifting a bit of late (evidenced by the fact I was checking out local boxing clubs* on the internet just now).
Tomorrow, I am running with Anthony. I am already regretting having done only one run since the last time I went running with Anthony... I am going to hurt!
Plan for next week:
- Monday - cycle
- Tuesday - swim
- Wednesday - cycle + run
- Thursday - cycle + run
- Friday - swim
