Sum total:
- Cycled (14*20 + 35 + 25) = 340 miles;
- Run (3*2.5 + 2.5) = 10 miles; and,
- Swim (1 x long + 1 x short + ?) = 1-2 miles?
Need to 'ramp up' the running and swimming but good foundation for cycling.
(Note: could not go swimming on Tuesday as pool closed for refurbishment. Pool reopens on Monday and I might try and go before work on Wednesday's as well as after work on Tuesday or Thursday - depending on 5-aside)
