Coincidence?

A few blogs ago I had questioned whether cricket should be on prime time news item. Today, whilst walking the beach I was distracted by a family playing cricket and stubbed my toe on back of Julie's heel. Thought no more of it until I showered and noted that my toe is the colour of part of Latvia's flag. Now it hurts!

Ran across the cliffs to beach and then length of beach c 8 miles) early this evening - felt generally strong.

Most enjoyable weekend has hopefully laid platform for decent showing in Perranporth Triathlon (assuming I can get in) and finish at Newquay Triathlon with in-laws in attendance...
